Alexandre Sousa's animated film has been selected for the official programme of the BEAST International Film Festival.
The short film “Amarelo Banana” (Alexandre Sousa, 2025, Portugal/Hungria, ANI, 13′) has been selected for the Official Competition of the BEAST International Film Festival. The film will premiere in the city of Porto at a festival dedicated to promoting emerging filmmakers from Central and Eastern Europe, as well as Portuguese filmmakers working abroad. In 2026, the festival celebrates its 9th edition, taking place from June 3rd to 7th.
