Since 2005, the ludic-pedagogical project of Curtas Metragens, the Animar, the educational service Despertar, has allowed production initiatives associated with film training workshops, which led to the production of a significant sample of films, especially animations, based on the participation of directors such as José Miguel. Ribeiro, Nuno Beato, Laura Gonçalves & Xá, Vasco Sá and David Doutel, as trainers of children and youngsters, in cooperation with the schools of the region.
