The short film “The Inhabitants” (Maureen Fazendeiro, 2025, Portugal/France, DOC/FIC, 42′) has been selected for the official programme of the Hot Docs Canadian International Documentary Festival, where it will have its Canadian premiere on May 2nd. Held in Toronto, the festival will take place from April 23rd to May 3rd, 2026, and is internationally recognised as a key platform for documentary cinema, showcasing the work of Canadian and international filmmakers.
