Marta Reis Andrade's film was awarded an Honorable Mention in the major short film competition at the World Festival of Animated Film – Animafest Zagreb.
After its world premiere, the short film “Dog Alone” (Marta Reis Andrade, 2025, Portugal/France, ANI, 13') received an Honorable Mention at the awards ceremony of the 2025 edition of Animafest Zagreb – World Festival of Animated Film.
Sarina Nihei, one of the judges for this competition, commented on this Portuguese-French film by Marta Reis Andrade (produced by BAP – Animation Studios and Ikki Films):
