The films directed by Marta Monteiro and Diogo Baldaia are preparing for their premiere in the Ukrainian capital at the Kiev International Short Film Festival.
'Sonido: Ivans & Tobis' (Diogo Baldaia, 2023, Portugal, FIC, 20') is in the official selection of international short films in competition for the awards at the 12th edition of Kiev's largest short film festival – Kyiv International Short Film Festival. Diogo Baldaia's film will have its Ukrainian premiere in the capital in the international competitive program 2 on Saturday, September 14th, at 6.10 pm (EEST).
'Cold Soup' (Marta Monteiro, 2023, Portugal / France, ANI, 10') is part of the festival's non-competitive ‘FEM* RIOT’ program, which brings together stories by women (and about women) from different territorial, social, cultural and traditional contexts. Marta Monteiro's film will be screened on Sunday, September 15th at 7.45 pm (EEST).
