Regina Pessoa is the author of the poster for the 2024 Annecy Festival
In the year of the 48th Annecy International Animated Film Festival, Portuguese animator and illustrator Regina Pessoa is once again the author of the poster for this French festival, which will take place from 9th to 15th of June.
This year, Annecy pays tribute to Portuguese animation and, for that very reason, includes seven programmes dedicated to Portuguese animated cinema.
At the same festival, 'Percebes', by Laura Gonçalves and Alexandra Ramires, and 'Tomorrow Shouldn't Rain', by Maria Trigo Teixeira are in the official selection of short films in competition.
